At AI RobotLab Singapore, we want every customer to feel confident when purchasing robotics kits, parts, and equipment from us. If something is not right, we will make it right. This page explains how refunds and returns work.

90 Day Money Back Guarantee

You may return any product within 90 days from the delivery date for a full refund.
This applies to all items, including:

• electronics
• 3D printed parts
• full sets
• assembled systems
• camera kits
• accessories

The product must be in good condition and returned with all included components.

Returns Eligibility

You are eligible for a return if:

• the item is not damaged through misuse
• all included parts are returned
• proof of purchase is provided
• the item is in reasonable condition

If a product arrives defective, damaged, or missing components, we will replace it at no cost.
